Hi,
Can you upload DXF for analysis?

We have made the suggested change but the result at CNC side is only one pass with the specified max depth. Is there anything else we could check to have this accomplished?

Hi Marius,
In the PostPro option, you can define the maximum depth per pass, which should generate successive contours.
with 18mm panel,
– 8mm, for example, would be done in 3 passes, which takes longer but tires the engine less over the long term.
– 16mm to leave a final pass of 2mm
You can check too if profiling is well in end! of sort tollings list

Hello,
Is it possible to set any parameters in Optinest to have the CNC machine mill small parts in two different passes? For instance, cut half thickness and then the rest? I remember discussing something with Alex but not sure where to start.
