Hi Reodor,
To print full size templates you have to load the DXf files into a CAD program and set up the printing.
If you don’t have a CAD program you can download the free Draftsight from our members software download page here:
https://wooddesigner.org/membe…..raftsight/
Once installed you can open the DXF files in Draftsight and print them full size or add dimensions and print to scale.
The change in the overall dimensions is due to the fact that you have set up your stairs by fixing the outer left hand side dimensions.
Subsequent changes in sizes and thicknesses of components have maintained the inner sizes and changed the overall outer dimensions.
If you need the stair to have 132 outer dimension the working documents you have will not be correct and we will either have to regenerate the working documents to the right size or modify the existing documents.
You could just make the last step wider but you will also need to change the position of the post.
For a fuller more detailed revision of your project, I suggest you buy a StairFile Pro so that I can take the time necessary to look at the details of your project .
All the best,
Ness
