Hi Michel,
I had made a mistake in the grain direction of the first set of files, hope this set will be OK.
All the best,

Hi again,
I have extended the sides and renested.
I have also printed a PDF labels file (-labels) that shows the edging on each part.
Hope this all works for your CNC guys.
All the best,
Ness
Hi,
I see the modification. Ok for the plinth, it’s better with your solution, nevertheless these plinths will be added at the end of the project. I have made a piece of plinth longer needed.
For the extension of the sides of Caisson haut portes Vaissellier baubau: in fact the doors as well as upper drawer’s facades will be cut manually (with a plunge saw) at 45° angle. There are no handles on these… and I want the horizontal oak line be apparent between doors and drawer’s facades (that is why the front part of the bottom of this box is in massive oak.) The side is invisible on the right because the wooden oak top will hide it on 28 mm. If you want to see the detail you can look at the vaissellier-baubau3.skp file joined to my first post of this thread. You will also see why there is no plinth on the right side. Thank you anyway for your concern about this project.
I would like to send the file to my CNC machinist asap. Is it possible for you to change the detail of side and make a new nesting for 18mm panel, as it changes a bit.
I’ve also noted that edging doesn’t appear in the documents you sent. It would be nice for the machinist to now which edges have to be done. If it’s possible (and easy for you) I would be grateful. Otherwise I’ll mark them manually.
Thank you once again,
Michal

Hello Michel,
Here are the nested parts files.
The cutting plans are in the materials sub-folders “xxxx-plc” .
I hope you don’t mind, but I’ve changed slightly your original design.
– I extended the sides of Caisson haut portes Vaissellier baubau to cover the bottom.
– I added a plinth to the end of Caisson bas biais double porte
– I extended the plinths of the Caisson Tiroir pass the sides to meet the wall and the plinth of the Caisson bas on the right.
Tell me if this is a problem and I’ll redo the files with your original project.
Note that this type of cutting list is good to nest if you machine the parts at the same time.
Otherwise, if the parts are just cut using a cnc or even a manual saw can be quicker and cheaper.
Just a thought….
All the best,
Ness
