Hi Jonathan,
The difference comes from the fact that the right stringer is set up as straight width 300 with nosing at 50 from the edge and the left stringer is curved with 30 from edge.
This means that the nose of the steps will line up but if you line up the vertical end cut there will be a difference. Your stair is perfectly buildable using the templates as they are but the bottom and top of the stringer will not align.
This is my fault as I didn’t verify this parameter.
Maybe not a big deal but tell me if you want me to send you another set of plans.

Thanks for buying a StairFile Pro.
You stair looks great with a nice clean design.
However, I have adjusted slightly your design can you tell me if these changes are OK for you?
You have not included a Landing step. This is possible, but the transition to the first floor is neater if you can add a landing step.
In the attached model I have added a landing step of 50mm, this adds a sort of nosing to the edge of the floor cladding.

I have also noticed that although your stair complies to th stair rule when all the steps are winders when you add the landing the separate flights are no longer optimised.
This is due to the fact that adding the landing reduces the total going or length of the stair and so the width of each step.
This makes each flight a bit steep. You can see this by opening the Inter Landing Parameter dialogue box:
This shows a tread width of 191 and a stair rule at 564.
In general, to have the safest stair possible, I would recommend trying to respect the stair rule and having a maximum tread width, even if this means increasing the riser height.
To do this on your stair I have reduced the number of treads to 15 in the Stairwell Parameters.
This adds 9mm to the tread height but allows each flight to comply to the stair rule and increases the tread widths by 12mm
