Hello Enrique,
Thanks for all the photos and StairDesigner file .
Looking at you project file I think you should set up the stair with the outer stair well dimensions and not the inner string dimensions this will make the project much easier to understand and work with.
You’ll also need a landing step and quite a few other changes.
I can send you back your project as it is but it will not be possible to build it.
As I have said in my previous emails, I strongly suggest that you buy the StairFile Pro service so that we can work through your project together.
You can buy the StairFile Pro using this link:

Hello Ness
Thank you very much for your help. I did my best please take a look at them and let me know your thoughts. See attached my pictures hope it clears. The wood I will use is pine 1 inch or 1 1/2 depends if I need more because of support I will use it. I will do it all by myself and my friend, I have various tools, Table Saw, Circular Saw, Router, Nail Gun, Jig Saw, miter saw.
We are planing to screw the stairs left side to the studs, for support I am using a post as you will see in my plan
Please let me know your directions whether is right or wrong
Thank you much
Regards

Hello Enrique,
Thanks for posting your stair project.
To best advise you I’ll need some more information on your stair.
Can you send a few photos of the existing stair well so that I can understand clearly what’s going on?
Some general views showing general constraints, walls, doors, windows etc…and some close ups of the start and the end of where the stair meets the attic floor will be very helpful.
I’ll also need a list of the wood thickness and eventually sections that you have available.
What sort of material will you be starting with, rough timber or laminated boards?
It would also be a useful to know how you are going to build the stairs, are you planning on machining everything up yourself?
If so what tools do you have at hand?
If you have not already done it, I suggest that you download and read my Stair related ebooks from the ebook library :
https://wooddesigner.org/membe…..airs/core/
I suggest that you read Stair Basics and Design Preliminaries first.
Hope to be hearing from you soon,
All the best,
Ness
Hello Ness
Thank you very much for your support, My project is connecting the second floor to the attic, I used your software for the design and it works great. I really enjoy it and was very easy to use. If I knew it before I could save a bunch of wood and money.
Please let me know what should I revise on my project
Appreciated
