first to make your cabinet you need to use material with grain

on Libreraies>sub-methods>Material style

or select panel and choose material with grain

this give us cabinet with grain

after you select panel and set grain direction to reverse for this exemple

and after cabinet will look like this

OptiCut will auto reverse panel into cut list
