Please find attached example of what I’m after, just wondering if it is possible if not i will need to use a different software just to do the island post’s so my guys understand it at the shop floor

Does any one have an idea how to make 75mm x 75mm square pilasters to be used on a 4 corners of a kitchen island project?

 

i would like to make it mitred not to have a joint visible
