I was in the shop working when you called…
There are no problems with polyboard, and the demo version of opticut found the new library right away, without problems. I am unable to open my version of opticut at all..

Are you able to see them from OC 6? and PolyBoard?
Are you available at 14:45 ( Paris ) to do a zoom session to try to unlock, but not sure I can’t restore your hardware libs,
( I also prefer to warn you that my english is very limited )
May I need to use TeamViewer to have full access to your computer

Hi Alex,
I’m not sure it’s possible to recover my library of materials, as i can’t even open opticut…
This problem was also present before installing the upgraded version..
I would like a quote for the upgraded version..

Hi,
The materials once opened in OptiCut 6 are no longer compatible with OptiCut 5, due to the new functionality,
the upgrade from version 5 to 6 is a paid upgrade, and I can ask for a quote to know the price
The activation code is a one time use, but if you have not uninstalled Opticoupe 5 and it is still present on your computer,
The only solution is to recover your library of materials and restore it from a backup file
Or to restore materials from a previous project

I’m having issues with opticut..
I updated polyboard recently, and by mistake, deleted my materials library:(
While trying to direct opticut to the new updated library, i got a notification that it had a problem making the connection. Now V.5.26 wont even open, I get an error notification: An unexpected error occured while loading the materials.
I downloaded the updated version (6.04) which recognized the new materials immediately, but it didn’t overwrite the old version, and my activation code for the older version is not recognized.
I would like a new activation code.
