Hi Scott,

The program believes that the draw is fitting into the cabinet. 

The drawer sides are 390mm and the zone is 397 + the 3mm distance on the front panel. In the drawer box parameters you have the drawer box reduced by 10mm for the runner to attach in behind the drawer, reducing its length to 390.

The math is close, but it fits very tightly (it virtually fits). You will see that if you reduce the cabinet depth to 439 (by 1mm) PolyBoard won’t allow you to make this change.

I have just noticed that poly board is allowing drawer creation where it isn’t actually possible

I have attached the file 

runners used Blum movento

it normally throws up a warning
