Hi Jack, nothing has changed. Perhaps just try a slightly tighter crop or smaller size (in terms of dimensions).

If the file size is too big – normally with Jing it’s fine – you could try Window’s Snipping Tool. That always works for me.

Failing that, you can resize your image with a free online tool. Here’s one that I use: https://www.picresize.com/
