Hello Thusitha,
You should insert first the upright and then add a double back flush to the front on one side which is then linked to the upright with a groove and extended to the other side. This will create the correct cut out in the upright.

Note that it’s better to use double backs rather than free divisions for vertical panels parallel to the back/front

Kindly find the attached and let us have the solution, at your earliest.
The free division of the Vertical Division is Grooved 3/4″. This resulting the free division to get cut in to two. We need the free division in one piece. Please solve this.
IF, we reduced 3/4″ from the vertical division, the free division comes in one piece. But then the dimensions are wrong.
