Hi Thusitha,
When you need to cut out a panel to let another through it use a groove. To use the groove the under passing panel will groove into the over passing panel so you have to insert the shelf first and then the upright.
Your structure is complicated by the face frame so you’ll also need to create the space for this speparately.

Good Morning to you!
We highly appreciate your assistance in the last matter.
Here, we tried the same theory, but we found that it was not possible.
We need to add the shelf with a grove for the vertical panel. First we fix the first half of the panel and when we give the dimension,for the extension, with a groove, the second half of shelf cuts the vertical panel in to two.
For your reference, check the attachment.
Kindly tell us how to solve the issue.
