Hi Sean,
Can you record a video of what is happening for us to look at? Otherwise, we will have to come in a video session, but we need your Biesse program on the video meeting to view the issue. So if you can send us a video of the problem as it should be working properly

Hi,
It looks like you have the same tool with the same name, but with different parameters,
It seems to me that the confusion in the export comes from here.
Could you delete your Post-Pro, and tools,
Then restore it from your PP you upload, then restore and set your tool again, I hope this will solve your problem.
It is possible that upgrading to 7.15D may also help you
Without uninstalling your version, close SD , download and run the installer, then follow the instructions on the screen

Hi,
To upload your PP, you can compress it before as a zipped file,
with the standard Windows compressor, make right click then select “send to” > Compressed (zipped) folder
Did you use CID,CIX or DXF?
In DXF it is quite difficult because you have to know how to set up each layer with a specific coding.
All the best, Alex

Hi Sean,
Can you send me your active postprocessor?
Just go to the file menu and into ” export options”
Select your postprocessor, and below there is an export button. Save the generated file and send it to me
