Hi Mike,

Although it is sometimes possible to do,in general  Polyboard is not well adapted to making this type of furniture.

If these types of projects are of more complex shapes, I find it easier to use design software like SketchUp.

If you can upload the model that you are trying to design I can see if I can set you up a Polyboard template.

Anyone done anything like a Porch swing using PolyBoard?

I’ve found a youtube video of one I like, however the poster only provided a pdf with pencil (very crude dimensions).

I would like to create it in PolyBoard if possible.

Anyone have an example of a porch swing they might like to share?
