Hi Peter,
This is due to not having the Polyboard material that’s in the project present in the materials library.
Installing the Quick Design materials you may have replaced the old material by the Quick Design materials.
To restore the material just press ctrl+A to select all the list then right click and choose “restore material”.
The materials of the list will be added to the library.
If you have a sheet in the stock with the same material you should now be able to optimise.

Having a problem when I export a project to Opticut, My materials list is not highlighted and is written in Italic format
When I select an item it shows the size but the material section is blank
Seems as though it is working on my old Panels material list from before I upgraded to Quick design library ( think that,s right )
Used to work great
