Honest questions are never silly and better to have plenty of questions than a know all full of answers.
Ther are several ways to add end (or exterior) panels to a cabinet and the method you choose depends on how you want to build your project.
For kitchens type projects it’s good to have end panels as accessories that you clip onto the cabinets in Project mode. In this case you set up the cabs individually assemble them together and add the panels at the end of a row of cabs.
On the other hand if you are making a stand alone cabinet you could consider the panel as the side of the cabinet. In this case you add an inner panel (side of the carcass) by adding an inner upright that is at 0 distance from the side.
It’s also possible to use a “thickness split” command and make the side of the cabinet as a 2 board thickness.

This is probably the first of a huge series of silly questions!
When inputting the first dimensions for a wardrobe with 2x end Panels x1 top panel (a bit like what we do in kitchens)
am I to take into account these end panels…..I.e example width is 900 carcass 2x 36mm end panels 972mm inputted?
