Click OK to close it again.<\/p>\n<p>Click on the Optimize button to optimize this cutting list. We also have:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Number of placed pieces<\/strong> or parts<br \/>\n<strong>Number of failed pieces<\/strong> or parts that could not be fitted onto any panel for cutting<\/p>\n<p><strong>Edges linear<\/strong> or the total length of the edging<br \/>\n<strong>Cutting linear<\/strong> or the total length of the cutting<\/p>\n<p>Then we have cost information according to the pricing we&#8217;ve already set up:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Panels cost<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Cutting linear cost<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Off cuts cost<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Unrecoverable off cuts cost<\/strong> or cost of the waste<br \/>\n<strong>Total net cost<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wooddesigner.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/opticut-costs-and-technical-data.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wooddesigner.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/opticut-costs-and-technical-data.jpg\" alt=\"opticut costs and technical data\" width=\"442\" height=\"468\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11738\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wooddesigner.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/opticut-costs-and-technical-data.jpg 442w, https:\/\/wooddesigner.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/opticut-costs-and-technical-data-283x300.jpg 283w, https:\/\/wooddesigner.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/opticut-costs-and-technical-data-142x150.jpg 142w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 442px) 100vw, 442px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Next to that window on the right is the list of panels with information specific to that panel.<\/p>\n<p>OptiCut in this case has optimized the cutting list onto 3 panels, but of 2 different sizes. One size is 3050mm x 1850mm.<\/p>\n<p>The other is 2500mm x 1220mm. We had both sizes in stock and OptiCut has determined that this is the best combination to use.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wooddesigner.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/list-of-cutting-maps.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wooddesigner.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/list-of-cutting-maps.jpg\" alt=\"list of cutting maps\" width=\"459\" height=\"130\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11739\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wooddesigner.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/list-of-cutting-maps.jpg 459w, https:\/\/wooddesigner.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/list-of-cutting-maps-300x85.jpg 300w, https:\/\/wooddesigner.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/list-of-cutting-maps-150x42.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 459px) 100vw, 459px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In the main window we have the graphic cutting map.
