Hi Gideon,

Sorry to say that although StairDesigner allows you move the step collets as necessary to allow for the minimum 50mm it doesn’t control this automatically.

Does Stairdesigner enforce the 50mm minimum tread width at narrow end of tapered steps as is required in the Scottish Building Regulations?
