Hi Duayne

 

It can also be that your property screen has disappeared which then block the ability to edit as this window needs to be visible. 

If that is the case please click ALT+ENTER to activate your property screen

Hi Duayne

 

Which version of SD are you using? The latest is the 7.14 on our website. Even if you have this one already redownload stairdesigner and perform the reinstallation. That would regenerate all files in case one got corrupted somehow.

If this is not solving the issue please send me the diagnosis on the 3D. You can find this in the menu 3D/option and run a diagnosis. Copy this into a notepad txt file and post this one.

i am able to mock up and edit a stairway in 2d , but when i open it in 3d,  i am not able to edit anything , i can move and rotate it  but that’s it ,

Please help !
