Go it!
After few test I think finally find where the issue is
Please try to unselecte Cutting maps separator in Label print option
If that work, From ,Labels format separator, removed ligne ‘Rotation’
this option make my OptiNest crash too

Hi Alex,
Thank you for your email. I downloaded the update and I can now print the individual labels but unfortunately Optinest still crashes when trying to print or preview all labels.
I have attached a file using the updated Optinest.
