In the pocket toolpath select raster function instead of offset. This will start from bottom to top.

Alex on oversizing panels https://wooddesigner.org/forum/cnc-and-other-software/oversizing-panels/#p12447 CNC and Other Software https://wooddesigner.org/forum/cnc-and-other-software/oversizing-panels/#p12447 Hi,

When you oversizing par like this that just said how much you want add on parts for pre-cut to calibrate on CN (height / width /2 per edge),

In other words, it does not oversize parts to fit them when they are installed on your customers' premises, for example.

To oversizing panel you can edit shape manually, or add negative recess value

Can you upload your project and tell me which version you're using?

The tests carried out with the latest version did not show any anomalies.

For better management, I have move your topic to CNC and Other softwares,

You have line in twice or first layer for Overall pase panel AND Outline?

Some CAD/CAM Need both, with Vcarve only outline is need and you can disable overall base panel from PP setup

Ignore-Overall-2.pngImage Enlarger

There are 2 ways of milling the 2 sides

-By milling/cutting the complete panel and then milling the 2 faces

-Or by turning the complete panel over

Did you read this page first? It explains most of the different processes.

>PolyBoard and OptiNest nested manufacturing with doubled sided machining and edge drilling

Polyboard only does outlines shapes,

But you can write a "Macro" subroutine that does the pocket, then call the macro in Polyboard to apply it in Maestro.

Thanks, Alex

When saving a cabinet with Post Processor for Xilog/Maestro. Im having some issues with cutting/milling circular holes.

When importing to Maestro it only imports the circle outline rather than the milling inside of the circle.

How do I set the Post Processor or Polyboard to Mill out the entire Circle rather than just the perimeter?

This is typically done with drawing multiple circles towards the center, or using Pocket Forming with Maestro.
