Having read the above, I agree with you that its an art which is sadly in decline. their are plenty of manufactures who construct standard flight staircases, (CNC produced), but when you step into a situation of none standard flight design, you’d have to find purpose made staircase manufacture….which in the UK are in short supply, and can be very costly.

My thoughts are that you create teaching dvd’s…. from basic stairs building to none standard flights, step by step tuition through each phase of their construction, perhaps in a series of units on each design….. these dvd’s can be in all languages.

I’m sure there would be a huge market internationally for you,, this would be an excellent way to pass on your knowledge to the world.
